About Us
Integrated Medical Card Clinic, Prof. LLC, is a small, nurse practitioner-owned clinic located in Yankton, SD. We are dedicated to evaluating South Dakota residents with debilitating medical conditions for medical cannabis cards and provide patient-centered care by providing education about medical use of cannabis to optimize symptom relief. Our goal is to provide qualified patients the opportunity to use medical cannabis as an alternative or complementary therapy for their life-altering medical conditions.
South Dakota Medical Card Process:
1.Make an appointment at Integrated Medical Card Clinic, Prof. LLC
2.Provide documentation to support symptoms or diagnosis (medical or psychiatric records)
3.Apply for a medical card through the South Dakota Medical Cannabis Program (additional $75 fee)

Our Provider Consult Fees:
New Card: $165
Card Renewal: $135
Consult: $55
Payment with cash or card due at time of appointment. $75 fee also due to the state medical cannabis program before your card can be issued.
You may schedule a consult before getting your card if you would like some education and information about medical cannabis and how it may help your condition before scheduling a card appointment, or once you are a card-holder for an individual follow-up session to improve your medical cannabis treatment experience. This service is offered to optimize patient-centered treatment, but is not required to qualify for the state's medical cannabis program.
